研究方向:磁、光、电功能材料的界面设计、调控及物性研究,探索多铁性氧化物中新奇物理效应,构建异质结构器件。
个人简介:崔益民,博士,教授,硕士、博士研究生导师,主要从事钙钛矿结构多铁性物质表面、界面结构和物理特性等方面的研究工作,发现多铁型氧化物薄膜的反常磁学和电学特性,揭示出薄膜微结构调控与物理性能耦合的应变机制,发现多铁型氧化物异质界面的电阻开关效应及其可见光调制现象,探明界面结构与性能调控的物理机理。近年主持参加国家自然科学基金、国家研究专项课题等各类项目20余项,发表SCI论文100余篇,授权国家发明专利8项,指导硕士研究生、博士研究生20人次,指导本科毕设12人次,参与获北航教学成果一等奖、二等奖等。
